How to enable location services and why this is important
To enable location services, on your iPhone go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Make sure Location Services at the top is ON (green). Scroll down to WorkerSafety and click into it, Tap Always. It must be set to Always; Allow While Using App is not sufficient for the proper functioning of WorkerSafety Pro solutions.
Why is this important? WorkerSafety Pro Health and Safety solutions will not work properly without this setting enabled. Additionally, if you do not have location services set to Always, when you have an emergency, the app may not be able to share your location with your emergency contacts. This would hinder their ability to get help to you in a timely manner, thereby increasing your risk of injury or worse.
