This article demonstrates how to identify which workers have WorkerSafety Pro setup issues.
There are two ways to identify on the Safety Portal which workers have WorkerSafety Pro setup issues. The first is from the "Worker Setup Issues" tab, and the second is from the "Worker Profiles" tab.
Note:
It is recommended that you frequently check to see which workers have issues so that they can be corrected, ensuring that WorkerSafety Pro functions correctly and they receive help in an emergency.
Identifying Setup Issues from the "Worker Setup Issues" tab.
This is the fastest way to identify which workers have setup issues, as the "Worker Setup Issues" tab lists all workers with issues in one place.
1. Log in to the Safety Portal by visiting: https://safetyportal.becklar.com/dashboard/
2. Click "Worker Setup Issues" to open a page listing all workers with setup issues and a summary of those issues.
3. Ensure you are in the parent org. This will list all workers with issues, including those in subgroups.
4. Contact all the workers and have them correct their issues.
5. You can click the download icon near the search box to download the list in a spreadsheet.
Identifying Setup Issues from the "Worker Profiles" tab.
1. Log in to the Safety Portal by visiting: https://safetyportal.becklar.com/dashboard/
2. Click "Worker Profiles"
3. You'll notice that some workers appear in red text and others in green text. Those who appear in red text are the workers who have issues with their setup of WorkerSafety Pro. Those in green text have no issues.
4. Click on a worker's name in red text.
5. Several interfaces will open, with the worker's setup issue at the top.
6. Contact the worker to have them correct the issue. In the example above, the worker has not yet installed WorkerSafety Pro.
