How Do I Cancel an Active Alarm on WorkerSafety Pro?

This article will demonstrate how to cancel an active alarm on WorkerSafety Pro.

The following is demonstrated using screenshots from an iPhone. Please note that WorkerSafety Pro for Android will look nearly identical to the screenshots shown here.

For alarms that have already sent out notifications to your emergency contacts but are still open:

1. Tap the "Send All-Clear" button.

2. Confirm the All Clear by tapping "Yes" on the next screen.

3. Next, you will be prompted to select a reason for sending the All Clear. For reporting purposes, you'll need to choose from one of the three options, and it is recommended that you briefly describe why the alarm went off. Then, tap "Send."

4. After tapping "Send," a green check mark will appear on the screen, and you will be sent back to WorkerSafety Pro's home screen. Emergency contacts will also be notified that the “all clear” has been sent by you and that help is no longer needed.
