      How Do I Trigger an SOS from a Bluetooth Safety Button on WorkerSafety Pro ?

      This article will demonstrate how to trigger an SOS from a Bluetooth SafetyButton on WorkerSafety Pro.

      Note: The Bluetooth safety button must be connected to WorkerSafety Pro to function correctly. This connection is done only once. If you use an Android phone, please click here for instructions. If you use an iPhone, please click here.

      1. Press and hold the bluetooth safety button (for about 2 to 3 seconds) until the red light flashes. 
      2. An SOS will be triggered, and your emergency contacts will be notified.
      3. If your organization uses Becklar's Monitoring Center, you will receive a call back from the Automated Voice Assistant (AVA).
        1. After you answer the call, AVA will ask, "Hello, user's name. This is Becklar Workforce Safety. Do you need help?"
        2. Reply, "Yes." 
        3. You will be connected to a live operator who will assist you in getting the right emergency services dispatched. 
        4. Conversely, if you miss the call back from AVA, a live operator will dispatch emergency services to you.
      4. If your organization does not use Becklar's Monitoring Center, your emergency contact will contact you to assist with the emergency.
