      How Do I Cancel a New Alarm on WorkerSafety Pro?

      This article will demonstrate how to cancel a new alarm on WorkerSafety Pro.

       

      The following is demonstrated using screenshots from an iPhone. Please note that WorkerSafety Pro for Android will look nearly identical to the screenshots shown here.

      False alarms happen sometimes. Every alarm on WorkerSafety Pro can be canceled when first activated.

      Note: Pictured below is a countdown for a non-SOS alarm. Non-SOS alarm countdowns can be configured to last anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. However, SOS alarm countdowns last for 8 seconds on iOS and 5 seconds on Android.

      1. To cancel a new alarm, tap the "I'm OK" button during the alarm's countdown. 

      2. After tapping the "I'm OK" button, no notifications will be sent to emergency contacts, and            WorkerSafety Pro will return to its home screen.
