Receiving voice alerts

How do my emergency contacts receive voice alerts when I have an emergency?

When WorkerSafety Pro Safety solution detects an emergency, or when you activate the panic button (Slide to Send Alert button), alerts are sent out to your emergency contacts in three ways. One of these is via voice alert.

The voice alert is sent to your emergency contact if you have entered a valid mobile phone number and is an automated voice call stating that you are having an emergency and need assistance. It is the responsibility of the emergency contact to reach out to you and check on your welfare, which is why it is so important to choose people who are willing to accept that responsibility.

If when your emergency contact reaches you, you do in fact need assistance, it is the emergency contact's responsibility to call 911 and relay your location. A map and GPS coordinates of your location are included in the other two forms of alerts, email and text.
