Users of WorkerSafety Pro should expect to receive an automated voice call from AVA every time an alarm is activated.
Note: The following will apply to Becklar customers who are using WorkerSafety Pro with Becklar's 24/7 paid call monitoring service.
Users should expect to receive calls from AVA (automated voice assistant) when:
- The Bluetooth Safety Button is held down long enough to activate an alarm.
- The SOS slider on the WorkerSafety Pro app is used.
- A check-in is missed, and the countdown timer expires.
- A fall is detected, and the countdown timer expires.
- A worker down is detected, and the countdown timer expires.
- The SOS button on the satellite device is held down long enough to activate an alarm.
- The SOS button on the satellite device companion app is used.
Remember: Satellite device users would be outside cell service or Wi-Fi and would not actually receive the callback, but it is important to know that the system is attempting to call the user.
