Emergency contacts will receive calls from the automated system (AVA) or an operator at the monitoring center during certain emergency scenarios.
Emergency Contacts will receive calls from the automated system or the Monitoring Center when:
- An alarm has been escalated to the Monitoring Center. This will be an automated call relaying information regarding the alarm and not a call from an operator.
- The Monitoring Center receives an alarm with no location information. This will be a call from an operator at the monitoring center, looking for more information about an alarm.
