Why can't I login?

If you are unable to login to WorkerSafety Pro follow the instructions in the article below.

First, it is important to understand that there are two different sign-in options on the WorkerSafety Pro application:

Option 1 - Sign In/Sign up - This is the most common way to sign into the app. This option is for users who are new to WorkerSafety Pro and for those who have been using it for an extended period of time.

Option 2 - SSO (Single Sign-On) - This option is typically used by larger organizations and can only be used if it has been setup by your IT department. It also incurs an additional cost for each user. If you know your organization uses SSO and you are having issues logging, please refer to this article.

If you are unsure of which login option you are supposed to use, please ask your supervisor.

 

Using Option 1:

If your organization is not using SSO (Option 2) please use the Sign In/Sign Up option, as pictured below. You will need to enter your first and last name, email address, and phone number. The WorkerSafety Pro service will text you a security code after entering your phone number.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you have accidentally tapped on the "SSO Users" button and your organization is not using SSO, you may see screens like the ones below. Please tap cancel and then use the orange "Sign In/Sign Up" button.

If you are not getting a security code, your carrier may be blocking the WorkerSafety Pro service number. If this is the issue your are experiencing, try the following steps:

1. Add the WorkerSafety Pro number as a contact on your phone. You can manually add the phone number as a contact or use the contact card below. Once the contact card is added, tap "resend security code".

2. If you are still unable to get a security code, search in your messaging app (iMessage, Android Messages, etc.) for "WorkerSafety Pro". If your message was blocked by your carrier you may be able to find it this way. If you've unsubscribed from texts from WorkerSafety Pro, please resubscribe.

3. If you are still not getting the security code after following steps 1 and 2, you may need to contact your IT Security team and let them know you are not able to receive messages from WorkerSafety Pro. They may have security measures which are blocking text messages over Wi-Fi on your organization's network. You may be able to get a security code to go through by turning off Wi-Fi temporarily.
